Lemon Zest adds so much flavor to food. It can be magical in some dishes. I often make Lemon Zest Potatoes as a side dish. To vary the flavor, I’ll usually toss in whatever herb(s) I have on hand. This time it was Cilantro, one of my favorites. It’s a punch of flavor. This is simply a combination of Red Potatoes, Lemon Zest, Butter, Cilantro, Salt, and freshly ground Pepper. Did you know that you are $3 and 5 minutes away from a quick, hearty dinner? Add sliced oranges as a healthy dessert. Quick Beans and Rice 1 can organic pinto beans 1 package microwave instant brown rice Drain half the liquid from the beans and replace with spring water. Bring to a simmer in a small pot. Microwave the instant rice according to package directions. My favorite is Trader Joe's frozen brown rice that takes 3 minutes in the microwave. The grocery store Rotisserie Chickens used to be a better deal. This one was $6.99, tiny and too salty. The larger cooked Chickens were $10.99 today. I’m glad I have a Rotisserie for next time. Look for something else, if you can — Although, sadly most food prices are up. Buffalo Wild Wings announced the opening of its 500th restaurant nationwide, a franchised location in Grand Blanc, Michigan. this is a pretty cool place. they have like 15 different sauces and like 20 different beers on tap. its a great place to hang out with friends. Read Full Story
