The Russian Parliament is drafting a law that will make emo and goth music illegal.  One of the draft's authors, Igor Ponkin, called emo a "social danger" that increases the likelihood of teen suicide.  The bill itself is believed to be a reaction to the suicide of British teenager Amanda Bond .  The bill will become Russian law by the end of the year.
