Maria Shriver , wife of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger , was caught on film allegedly breaking the law by talking on her cell phone while driving.
In the photos, which were published by TMZ.com , you can clearly see Maria talking away while cruising down a Los Angeles freeway last Sunday, October 11th.
