January 19, 2012 NMC Reverses Charges A week after the Northern Marianas College (NMC) charged green card holders a $200 "international fee" the college has reversed its policy and stated that the fees will be reimbursed. A press release from NMC admits that the fees, which student, parents and community members challenged, were "erroneously charged."
