The 10th Circuit overturned a lower court ruling which would have outlawed out-of-state petitioners from participating in the Oklahoma electoral process. I was one of two plaintiffs in the case. I don’t know how many of you caught the speech Governor Brian Schweitzer (D) of Montana gave at the Democratic Convention. It was right before Hillary Clinton’s speech, so it’s probably going to get overlooked, but that’s a shame.
