Canada's governor general Michaelle Jean will pay a six-day visit to China at the end of the month to celebrate Canada Day on July 1 at Shanghai's Expo 2010, her office said Tuesday. OTTAWA (Reuters) - A Canadian woman who was trapped under rubble in quake-stricken Haiti appeared to have been rescued on Wednesday after she texted Ottawa for help. The woman managed to use her cellphone or hand-held device to send the text message, which was received by the Foreign Affairs Department in Ottawa, nearly 3,000 km (1,900 miles) away.
