What the "F" was former Governor Kathleen Blanco thinking about during Katrina

I would not trust a Louisiana Dixiecrat to walk my dog up the street , these politicians are carrying too much racially charged social baggage to even begin to turn this state around.  I tell you the Dixiecrats down south are nothing nice. Black "step and fetch it " politicians endorsing  them and Dixiecrats keep giving lip service and poor performance in office. It's a shame black voters have not learned their lesson yet. Then again what would you expect from the state that damn near elected David Duke and the only other alternative was convicted felon Edwin Edwards ,boy ,boy ,boy , only in Louisiana ,I tell you.
