The Obama administration is rolling out a new Web site designed to streamline food safety information for consumers. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced the new Web site — http://www.foodsafety.gov — on Wednesday during the Consumer Federation of America's food policy conference. The site will put food-related information from all federal agencies in one place, including recall and contamination alerts and tips on how to safely handle food. Hello Children, I just wanted to touch a mite on a subject good Christian, Sister Harriet posted about yesterday { Here } . She was good enough to show us what the Nazis who constitute the Democrat Socialist Party are whining about regarding the heroic actions a REAL American in defending the culture of life us noble Christians have been guarded these long 30-odd years; basically, they’re a whole mess of terrorist-appeasers! Appearing on a nationally broadcast interview Tuesday morning, Sebelius (seh-BEEL'-yuhs) said "having children in a learning situation is beneficial" and said that "to do it pre-emptively doesn't really stop the spread of this disease." She commented a day after a presidential advisory panel reported a "plausible scenario" that up to half of all Americans could be infected by the virus and that between 30,000 and 90,000 — mostly children and young adults — could die. Sebelius said ... Read Full Story

One of the few doctors to provide late-term abortions in the United States has been gunned down in his Kansas church, and authorities said they have arrested a suspect in the case. President Barack Obama, who just two weeks ago sought an end to the "demonization" of opponents in the bitter culture war over abortion rights, said he was outraged by Sunday's killing. The gunman killed George Tiller just after 10:00 am (1500 GMT) in the lobby of Reformation Lutheran Church. Wichita officials said the 51-year-old man suspected of shooting Tiller was arrested some three hours later. Long a lightning rod for anti-abortion activists, ... Read Full Story
