Mormon church president Thomas S. Monson has announced plans to build five new temples in the U.S. and abroad. Monson said Saturday that the temples will be built in Brigham City, Utah; Concepcion, Chile; Fortalenza, Brazil; Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and Sapporo, Japan.
