Texas Tech over Texas Texas Tech has been an interesting story since Mike Leach took over as head coach. The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed quarterback Graham Harrell , the all-time NCAA-Division IA touchdown leader, according to a report late Wednesday in the Regina Leader-Post.
