There’s a surprising moment in the opening scenes of Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony , as you’re driving the title character to one of his struggling Liberty City nightclubs.

I see all these questions on the handheld and PDA section of YAnswers dedicated to PSP’s, GBA’s and Nintendo DS, but so few about actual PDA’s.
Also, when did PDA’s ring? Yes, there are PDA’s that are also phones, but they’re called “smartphones”.
