It appears after a nice pro career, defensive end Grant Wistrom is ready to head home, literally. He's apparently decided to retire from the NFL and take a job as a coach with his old high school. Wistrom starred in college for Nebraska and was the sixth pick in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Rams. He played in St. Louis through 2003 before joining the Seattle Seahawks for the rest of his career.
