This year, I'm grateful for: My son - He's nearly five and he is becoming such a mature young man. He makes me laugh on a regular basis and inspires me to be the best mom I can possibly be. I'm so proud of him and all he's learning and accomplishing. My son's teachers - There are many teachers who work with my son on a weekly basis. But if you are what you think, isn’t it important to think good things? There are so many wonderful things about you and I. I was an ... Read Full Story

Today is Boating Day! Oh I do so love the summer months. When you live on the east coast of Canada summer is short, and so we relish every warm moment and soak up every stray ray of sunshine. Just to give you an idea of why I look forward to weekends, Jim took this picture (with his CELL PHONE believe it or not!) last weekend. (Those are my toes! :-) So don’t expect a perfect reporting. We will be packing a picnic lunch and I will be bringing LOTS of raw celery, peppers, carrots cucumbers and fruit but I will ALSO be ... Read Full Story
