It is like you become immune to negativity and become an agent of change with your peaceful attitude.Try the following quick meditation every day when you are in the middle of the most stressful situation. You will notice that those around you will pick up your positive and relaxed attitude and feel less stressed themselves and hopefully become more peaceful and nicer to you.
All you have to do is try.
It will work!
1. Breathe slowly 3 times.
2. Visualize a golden light shielding you.
3. Say the following: "I am at peace, nothing can change that."
4. The golden light protects you and gives you peace.
5. When you feel you are starting to become anxious again, repeat this process.
