While nothing will ever really replace the Cinderella-style of hands and knees scrubbing, this mop certainly is better than pulling out the regular mop and bucket of luke warm brown water. It is sturdy enough and easy to assemble. its easy to use and does a great job of cleaning without chemicals. I owned a Shark steamer mop which worked pretty well, but when I saw the Haan infomercial, it seemed like such a sturdier, larger mop and with the ability to steam my couches and mattresses, I decided I would "upgrade" and give the Shark to my mom. I admit it I finally bought something because I saw it on an infomercial and all I can say is that I am very impressed!!
