Two former Abilene Christian players now members of the Chicago Bears were injured in the second half of Monday night’s 36-30 overtime win over the Minnesota Vikings.
Rookie receiver Johnny Knox injured an ankle at the end of a 31-yard kickoff return. Knox appeared to lose his footing during the return on a slippery field and a Vikings player fell on Knox while he was prone on the field. Knox was taken off the field in a cart.
