Foo Fighters - Long Road To Ruin Lyric Here now don't make a sound Say have you heard the news today? One flag was taken down To raise another in its place A heavy cross you bear A stubborn heart remains unchanged No home, no life, no love No stranger singing in your name Maybe the season The colours change in the valley skies Dear God I've sealed my fate Running through hell, heaven can wait Long road to ruin there in your eyes Under the cold streetlights No tomorrow, no dead end in sight Let's say we take this town No king or ... A banda atingiu sucesso internacional, lançando vários hits incluindo This is a Call, Everlong, Learn to Fly, All my Life, Times Like These, Best of You e DOA. Dois de seus álbuns, There Is Nothing Left to Lose e One by One, ganharam o Grammy por "Melhor Álbum ... Read Full Story

Whenever the Smoking Gun unearths an artist’s tour rider, we relish the opportunity to poke fun at the requests for tapioca pudding, Connect Four and, in the case of Amy Winehouse, a stocked selection of liquor. The Foo Fighters, well aware of the absurdity of demands like a bowl full of only green M&Ms and [...] Read Full Story

The Pretender By Foo Fighters Lyrics «The Pretender» is the first single from the Foo Fighters' 2007 album Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace. The Pretender By Foo Fighters Lyrics Keep you in the dark you know they all pretend Keep you in the dark and so it all began Send in your skeletons Sing as their bones come marching in... again The need you buried deep The secrets that you keep are at the ready Are you ready? I'm finished making sense Done pleading ignorance That whole defense Spending this energy But the wheel is spining me, it's never ending Never ending Same old ... Read Full Story

Continuing my Alice in Chains kick, we have the third release from the band, Dirt, probably best know for the tracks Rooster and Would?, Would? Being from the soundtrack of the 90’s grunge era movie about Seattle life, Singles. Releasing in 1992 (man, it doesn’t seem that long ago, 16 years ago) Dirt is a dark and powerful album, if SAP had never been released then this would be the best album in the AiC catalog, with songs like Rooster, Would?, Sickman, and Junkhead, they make for an extremely good album. The best songs on the album are obviously Rooster, a song Jerry Cantrell ... Read Full Story

Greatest-hits compilations seldom make worthy additions to bands’ catalogs, but in some rare cases, they become the only record fans need to own. Even fans may remember 1997’s The Colour And The Shape mostly as a bunch of other stuff surrounding “Monkey Wrench...
