Those summer 2010 production rumors have been confirmed for The Hobbit and its sequel, reports Production Weekly. While earlier rumors had the prequels to The Lord of the Rings happening as early as this spring, recent script reports from producer (and original director) Peter Jackson and director Guillermo del Toro had it set for the summer, which does seem to be the case...
