Haimar Zubeldia is now in fifth place in the general classification because former leader Michael Rasmussen was forced out of the Tour amid scandals of doping and lying to team managers.  Rasmussen missed 3 random drug tests this year, and lied about his where-abouts during those tests.  Team Rabobank was forced to fire Rasmussen and remove him from the Tour - despite his first place standing and victory in Stage 16.
