Bounty hunter William ‘Cobra’ Staubs says he believes Misty Croslin Cummings was not at home when Haleigh Cummings disappeared.

According to Misty, 17, she was at home with Haleigh and her younger brother while Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, 25, was at work.
Misty claims she went to sleep and later got up to use the bathroom. At that time, she saw the kitchen light on, the back door propped open by a brick, and discovered Haleigh was gone.
Cobra is being paid by an anonymous donor in Satsuma, Fla. to search for the missing 5-year-old.
In an interview, Cobra told WSKY News he asked Ronald and Misty to reenact the night of Haleigh’s disappearance to try to shed some light on the incident. Ronald agreed, but Misty refused.

The bounty hunter also claims that Ronald confessed Misty was having an affair and that he married Misty to keep her close because he believes she has some information about his missing daughter.
Cobra says he is going to attempt to have Misty charged with obstruction of justice and child endangerment.
