My bundle revolves around my love of handwoven fabrics, like silk, cotton and hemp, and the beautiful products which are handcrafted using these materials. My wife Nancy and I are lucky enough to live in the far north of Thailand, in Chiang Rai province, an area famous not only for the "Golden Triangle", but also silk and cotton weaving. In March, last year I did the 2 day boat trip down the Mekong River, from Chiang Khong, in Thailand, to Luang Prabang in Laos. If you are one of the many people who travel between Thailand and Laos these days, this trip is well worth considering.
