So we went. Our Gaybors treated us to tickets to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra in Hartford yesterday. Hmmm. Where to start?  Lets just put it this way. Have you seen the really cool commercials for them? The ones where they are rocking out and the lights are all cool and it seems really festive? Yeah, it was like that for about ten minutes of it. Less bitchy, less angry, but starting to become terrified of finals. Oh and it snowed today....just enough to cover the piles of leaves that the landscaping company was supposed to remove PRIOR to the snow. Ummm thanks dudes... I'm posting in honor of procrastination. I am currently in the throws of avoiding all responsibilities. There is laundry to be done, a house to be cleaned, oh and then there's that damn studying. I am avoiding it like the plague. It's officially Black Friday!! Woot Woot! Normally, this is the most amazing holiday of the year. However, due to the poor economy shomomny...the sales are sucking big time. Not that that is going to stop me from dragging Steven out of bed at 4 a.m. :) Only 3 hours left according to my watch. I don't know if anyone else saw this on the news, but I think it is the most amazingly wonderful thing I've seen all day/week/year. ***Please be warned the video is not for the faint of heart, just know that it has a happy ending. The news reported that both dogs are fine.  One dog gets confused and ends up on a highway. It gets hit repeatedly by oncoming traffic. The other dog comes in and saves it!!! Awww. Bless it's heart.
