American Horror Story: Coven's cast is getting even bigger, there's going to be a new rookie detective out to impress Castle and Beckett, and a Smash alum is going to be an unwelcome blast from Joan's past on Elementary — check out all the latest small screen casting news!

American Horror Story: Coven has been bewitched by a familiar face. Alexandra Breckenridge, who played the sexy younger version of Frances Conroy's maid character during the first season of the spooky FX drama, has joined the cast of Season 3. Details about her role were not immediately available, but the upcoming season is all about witches, so you can probably bet she'll be working some of her dark magic. [Twitter]

Castle is adding a new rookie detective. Joshua Bitton will play Grant “Sully” Sullivan, a new detective who is eager to prove himself to Beckett and the rest of the 12th Precinct gang. [TVLine]

Smash alum Jeremy Jordan has found himself a new TV gig — and this one doesn't involve singing. The actor will guest star in the upcoming season of Elementary as Joey Castro, the son of the surgical patient who died under Joan's watch. [TVLine]

Hart of Dixie is adding a few fresh faces to the Bluebell mix. Newcomer Antoinette Robertson will play Lavon's cousin, who comes to town and causes trouble for Lavon and Annabeth. Dexter alum Josh Cooke has also been cast as a New Yorker who feels out of place when he moves to Bluebell. Hmmmm, we wonder if he and Zoe will be able to connect on this issue... [TVLine, THR]

• If you've seen Orphan Black (seriously, go watch it now if you haven't) then surely you must remember Dylan Bruce, aka Hot Paul. Well now you'll get to enjoy the gorgeous actor on Arrow next season. Bruce will play Adam Donner, an All-American lawyer who works with Laurel. [TVLine]
