Hitman fans are getting real tattoos on their shaved heads
With Hitman the movie due to release tomorrow, there's a lot of talk going on; especially in the head shaving community. There is also a lot of talk about this movie in the general media, such as this article in the San Francisco Chronicle about why naturally bald men should be mad that Timothy Olyphant, with a full head of hair, got the role instead of a guy that already shaves his head. Either way, this movie is generating a lot of buzz. With the buzz of Hitman the movie, things are starting to make their way into the general population from the depths of the real Hitman fans, the gamers who played the game before it was a movie. One such thing are the fans' emulation of Agent 47 by shaving their head and getting a bar code tattoo. Even one of the Sly Bald Guys' members, who just happens to go by the name of Agent 47, has a bar code tattoo on his shaved head. But, he even went one step further and registered is bar code with the UPC, which means that he can scan his head at the grocery store!

So, what do I think about all of this? Well, I think the movie looks awesome! I always love to see bald guys portrayed in movies because it shows other guys that they don't have to be so worried about losing their hair. This movie also gives more hype to how bad ass a shaved head looks. The more buzz, the better! I'm just hoping that I can make it out to the theater to see this one. It's a bit hard with the newborn in the house, but I'll make a valiant effort to get out for Hitman.
If any of you see the movie, post up a comment and let me know what you think.

Philip Dalhausser rocked in the Olympics. Agent 47 with a beachball. That dude kicked some serious ass. He needs to get photographed in a 3 piece suit and a barcode on the back of his kick-ass head. He IS Agent 47. I hope the Red Chinese are scared. Beijing 2008 is/was not just for the Red Chinese to propagandize, but the worlds best athletes shined, and broke world records. In my 30+ years of life, these Olympics were very exiting. Perhaps these were the best yet in my life to witness. Michael Phelps and Beijing 2008 will be written in almanacs and history books, but all great athletes from every corner of this small planet who competed and fought for the medals; worked harder than you and I could imagine for that dream. This moment is for them. With all the golden victories, heartache was present. To work so hard, get so close, but not win a medal is brutal and painful, but as so many Olympians before them have done, have a new challenge ahead, and have brought back the gold in the future by learning from their past shortcomings.
Myself, I get winded out just watching these Olympics (yeah I smoke). Yet as I watch I realize the greatness that all of us humans could be if we truly worked extremely hard at something (to be the best of the best). All of these athletes exemplify these traits. Watching all of them makes some of us realize more about ourselves.
I think it only works when the person is or already looks badass and/or isn't old. Eitehr way, getting a tatoo to copy a lame movie based on an OK video game is just dumb...
