Restless Leg Syndrome
I'd forgotten about Restless Leg Syndrome until my aunt called me this morning telling me about my uncle's RLS symptoms.
I know I mostly talk about the arginine (L-arginine) in the L-Argimax, but really, the reason L-Argimax works so well is because of the way the ingredients work with each other.
My friend Susan called me after she and her husband had been taking L-argimax for a month or so. After she shared her story with me, I spent hours researching and researching and now realize... well, you'll see.
I turned Susan's testimonial into story form. Here it is:
I remember silently wondering if my husband had taken up dancing and just forgot to tell me about it. I'd lie in bed at night, front row and center to the most spectacular mix of foxtrot and tango one can imagine.
It wasn't until the night I painfully separated his toenail (which was attached to his foot) from my calf, that I realized he wasn't just a fitful sleeper. There was something wrong.
At this time, there wasn't a mountain of information to be found on Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). I did manage to find a few details through the Internet. At least I was able to put a name to the disorder that was my husband's sleep.
Meanwhile, as he started hitting mid-life, he became even more active in nutritional supplementation. He's always been a health and fitness enthusiast, but when he turned 45, he became even more concerned about his cardiovascular system.
He began taking 400 IU's of Vitamin E for his heart. The benefit I got from that was the dark circles started disappearing from under my eyes. Was it because I was taking Vitamin E? No. It was because as quickly as his RLS started, it stopped.
That was 12 years ago and I can happily say his RLS symptoms have disappeared.
One of the benefits of Pure Health Trends Network's L-Argimax is that it has 225 IU's of Vitamin E in each serving. Since my husband drinks L-Argimax twice a day, he's stopped taking single doses of Vitamin E because he gets plenty in his L-Argimax.
End of story. Really :)
The story inspired me to do a Lens on Restless Leg Syndrome. I don't think you can sit through an entire Television show without seeing a commercial for RLS but the problem, to me, would be the side effects... horrible side effects of the drugs prescribed for RLS. You can view my lens by going here. http://www.squidoo.com/R_L_S
