This is the first scale I've ever owned that I actually liked (and trusted!). The precision (consistency) is always within 0.2 pounds, which is excellent. The scale is low profile so it doesn't intrude on space either. I don't use the body fat features so much, so I can't comment. After the reviews, I was really expecting a better product. The whole point of a scale is ACCURACY. This scale gives you a GENERAL idea of your weight. I have stepped on and off it 5-10 times and it gives readings that are different by ounces AND pounds. Example: I'll step on - it'll read one thing. Step off, then step on again -- off by 2 pounds.
