Wendy’s “Premium Fish Fillet” Sandwich is made with Panko Breadcrumbs and Cod, which made me want to try it. In total my meal was 359+35+103+50 calories which is 547, BUT, I had a visiting vendor from China and did not want to be rude and get the salad bar. If you look at the menu, you can see it could have been MUCH worse, and I only had 75 calories for breakfast, so it is 7:15 PM and I've only... Read Full Story
