Is not no party like a Melrose party! And according to my sources, that is precisely what we'll get a little later this season on the CW's Melrose Place, as not one, not two, not three but four alums from the original series will Convene on the famous complex to party down . Clearly, Heather Locklear is one of them, as she made her triumphant return and bitchtastic tonight. (Can that girl still rock a miniskirt or what?) And according to sources, Locklear will appear in all but one of the... Read Full Story
Week two of Amanda Woodward on Melrose and the drama has definitely ramped up big time. It's not all to do with Amanda, but her bitchy presence on the show seems to have everyone else amped up to be sexier (Riley straddling Jonah!), Crazier ( Violet with a baseball bat!), And more scheming (Lauren turns against Dr . Mancini!). Which is all a good thing . Amanda herself I found a little bit one-note this week (especially in her knee-jerk snappy dealings with Ella) - she can not always just... Read Full Story
Melrose Place star, Heather Locklear was seen with co-star Thomas Calabro over the weekend at a basketball game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the New Jersey Nets.
The two seem to be really enjoying themselves as they are caught laughing and joking around during the game.
While Locklear is currently dating Jack Wagner , he wasn’t in attendance. Heather’s return to Melrose Place has helped boost the ratings with a 20% jump the week she returned.
The Lakers won 106-87. More... Read Full Story
Heather Locklear was back on the set of Melrose Place for her first day of shooting yesterday, dressed in a sexy short red dress and blue flip-flops. Heather’s first of many appearances as Amanda Wood is scheduled to begin with the show’s Nov. 17 episode.
The actress is currently dating former co-star Jack Wagner who played her love interest in the orignal Melrose Place .
Will you be more inclined to watch the show with Heather on it? Do you think Jack Wagner will show up for a... Read Full Story
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress Heather Locklear, who played a scheming advertising executive in 1990s drama "Melrose Place," is reprising the role in the new version of the show, the CW television network said on Tuesday. Locklear will star again as Amanda Woodward in an episode airing on Tuesday, November 17. The CW has declined to say how many episodes would feature the actress. Locklear, 47, was one of the biggest stars of the original "Melrose Place" when she played a blond vixen whom... Read Full Story
Spoilers for past Melrose Place (2009) episodes follow
Heather Locklear blew into Melrose Place this week in a revival of her supremely bitchy character Amanda Woodward. She stole every scene she was in, and proved a formidable opponent to the main career woman on the block, Ella Sims, played by Katie Cassidy. Locklear plays Cassidy’s ruthless boss, and she makes the superficial Cassidy look angelic in comparison. I’m really enjoying the new Melrose and Locklear just improved it. Add in... Read Full Story
Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009 The top of Tuesday's ratings looked pretty much the same -- CBS cruised to a win. Farther down the list, though, ABC's "V" slipped again and Heather Locklear's first "Melrose Place" appearance didn't do much to boost the show. (The CW does note that "Melrose Place" drew its biggest audience since Oct. 6, but not by much. Tuesday's show drew 1.54 million viewers, 158,000 more than last week and just 45,000 more than two weeks ago.) CBS easily... Read Full Story
Heather Locklear is reprising her signature role as scheming Amanda Woodward on its updated version of "Melrose Place," the CW network announced Tuesday. Locklear will make her debut appearance Nov. 17 on the prime-time soap. The revived "Melrose Place" premiered earlier this month. The 47-year-old Locklear joined the original "Melrose Place" in 1993, at the end of the first season. She stayed throughout the series' seven-year run on the Fox network. As Amanda, she was the ruthless head of... Read Full Story
Heather Locklear has made her triumphant return to "Melrose Place." Can she save it yet again? Maybe.
Was Heather Locklear's return to "Melrose Place" perfect? Damn near. She looked great, she kicked a** and she left us with an intriguing hook to get us back. The problem? That the show can't keep up with her.
If this show were all about Amanda Woodward, Ella Simms and Lauren Yung, it'd be made in the shade. The Ella-Lauren friendship, the Amanda-Ella dynamic and Lauren's hooker-with-a... Read Full Story
