Heather Locklear heads to rehab!!

According to Heather Locklear’s rep, she has checked herself into rehab for psychological treatment.

Locklear’s rep released a statement saying, “’Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released.”

OK! Magazine believes the 46-year-old actress is seeking treatment at a facility in Arizona.
