Heidi Klum (born June 1, 1973) is a German supermodel, producer and host of the TV show "Project Runway." Born and raised in Germany, Klum is now internationally recognized not only for her modeling success, but her sparkling television personality. Heidi Klum Planning to Launch New Line

Klum's line may feature maternity wear.
A few months ago, Heidi Klum admitted she'd been forced to shutter her jewelry label after a lawsuit from Van Cleef & Arpels proved too expensive to endure. But Klum has already landed yet another licensing deal, this time a collaboration with Rick and Brian Cytrynbaum on a "lifestyle collection."

WWD reports that a collection of women's footwear will be available in stores by next fall, with plans to unveil activewear, dresses, and swimwear in the future. Klum has also hinted at plans to include maternity clothing in the collection.

If all goes well, Klum may well have a better design career than most Project Runway alumni.
