A few days ago, we mentioned that Spencer Pratt had registered his own music company, King Spencer Music last month. Well, now we have the first monstrosity to be born from that new venture.

In what can only be described as a devastating blow to the music industry -- TMZ has learned Spencer Pratt is now the proud owner of his very own music company. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the day the music died was November 18, 2009 ... when Pratt was declared the humble owner of "King Spencer Music." On November 19, 2009, Spencer Pratt filed papers to register King Spencer Music as his new business.
The filing cost him $23. No word yet on what he plans to do next with it, but hopefully it doesn’t involve his wife.

Rumor has it that Heidi Montag skipped out on her sister Holly’s birthday party over the weekend because Holly didn’t have the money to pay her for the appearance. According to a source,

Here’s a little promo for an upcoming interview that Jessi Cruickshank did with the world’s most annoying couple - Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.
So apparently Heidi and Spencer think that Heidi is better than Michael Jackson, god created Heidi’s fake boobs, and they’re now the new Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Oh yeah, and Heidi actually cries during the interview. We like that part.

Looks like Heidi Montag will be pulling a Kate Gosselin on October 1st. The better half of Speidi will be sitting down with the ladies of The View for some quality TV talk time.
She’ll be taking over Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s seat for the day while Elisabeth is on maternity leave. Other people scheduled to sit in next month include Ana Ortiz, Kaley Cuoco, and Kara DioGuardi.
