Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will spend their first wedding anniversary apart.
Pratt, 25, and Montag, 23, married at a secret ceremony in Mexico last year and then held a second wedding in April this year, which was filmed for the fifth season of the MTV reality show The Hills.
