Spoiler Alert! Warning: This story includes major spoilers about upcoming episodes of Heroes ! Word that actor Adrian Pasdar is being written off Heroes has spread like wildfire over the Internet, but it really shouldn't have come as a shock. His character, Sen. Nathan Petrelli, was killed last spring, and it was just a matter of time before he was gone for good. Nathan has been seen sporadically this season, but it's not really Nathan—it's the shape-shifting Sylar ( Zachary Quinto ), who... Read Full Story
Executive producer Adam Armus danced around the subject during a recent interview. After he spilled the beans, he swore me to secrecy, and I promised not to reveal who was going to die until the cat was let out of the bag. Well, the cat clawed her way out of that bag, and it's now been reported in several outlets that Adrian Pasdar is the unlucky guy and that his character, Nathan Petrelli, will bite the dust before the year's end. E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos also reported that Pasdar... Read Full Story

Heroes kicks off November sweeps Monday with the reunion of one of the show's most memorable, if tragically separated, couples: Hiro Nakamura ( Masi Oka ) and Charlie Andrews ( Glee' s Jayma Mays ). The duo's brief love affair began in Season 1, but was brought a drastic halt when Sylar ( Zachary Quinto ) split Charlie's skull to steal her power. Hiro later traveled back in time to prevent Charlie's murder, and though he was successful, she eventually died from a blood clot in her brain... Read Full Story
Heroes continues to recalibrate nicely with Episode 3.19, moving from a tableau of strange wonder to almost a version of 24 , with heroes in shades of black, white, and gray ("Shades of Gray" is the title of this episode) rather than Jack Bauer. The grayist of the heroes - in terms of moral ambiguity - is Nathan. Last night he saved Matt, worked to overthrow Danko, and even flew Claire to safety by the end of the episode. He's well on his way to fully leaving the dark side of power. Danko is... Read Full Story
The Web ( Nikki Finke and Kristin Dos Santo were two of the first) seems to be abuzz with news that Adrian Pasdar -- Nathan Petrelli, the flying man himself -- will not be returning to "Heroes." Yes, he was a major character from the beginning and it's a sad day for those that still follow "Heroes" because Pasdar is a pretty good actor. It's good that something happening on the show is still considered big news, but also a shame, actually, because it may just illustrate how much people aren... Read Full Story
He's the least conflicted, most effective hero by far ... Sylar has escaped for the government's goons at least twice now. And, despite what he says, he's taking good care of the kid he picked up last week. I know Sylar's capable of doing something awful any time, but so far in 2009 I'm finding his character commendable. HRG, on the other hand, is the epitome of conflicted. I was glad to see Matt and company at least turn the tables on him. I have a feeling we may be in for a surprise - let's... Read Full Story
Episode 3.21 of Heroes last night ... featuring all four Petrillis in two threads, and Danko and Sylar in another. All three were compelling, but the Danko and Sylar was the most surprising, and carried the important lesson that true evil cannot easily outgrow itself - that is, if Sylar isn't carrying out some sort of complex deception... As it is, we see Sylar and Danko first clashing, but then joining forces to bring down a shape shifter. Sylar outwits the shape shifter, and ends up (of... Read Full Story
