High Blood Pressure
a common disease in which blood pressure remains abnormally high
Systolic And Diastolic Blood Pressure
All those who have said he or she has high blood pressure has been given the following orders, at least approximately:
· Go on a diet
· Exercise (The doctor must approve the program of your choice)
Avoid · Sale
· Keep away from situations of adrenaline causing
Lose weight (I say this, if you're like ounces overweight)
· Take your medication exactly as shown (assuming that you have been prescribed any)
Do all these things probably not only get your blood pressure normal, which surely will make a health freak death of wool! And while I can not argue with you if this is your goal, my goal is to let you know what they mean when they say "Go on a healthy diet."
First, there are things that are good to eat when you're in an attack on all the readings of high blood pressure. Then, it produces no-no, we should avoid, because if we do not do our health professional otherwise mild mannered attempt to pack the blood pressure cuff around our necks car after he or she is our next reading!
Here's an example of what a healthy diet includes hypertension and should not include. While these lists are not exhaustive, you get the idea.
Death to power the machine for the health freak wool include:
· Fruits
· Vegetables
* Types of lean fish (can not swim in butter)
· Potatoes are OK, but Plain baked, not baked or something
• Low-fat stuff as substitutes for butter and low fat cheeses not the real stuff
· 100% stone ground whole wheat bread
· Gender, cool stuff, not too elaborate
For desert · Jell-O, which is all
· Yes, you can go off your diet once a week and a bit 'bad!
· Alcohol limit, can be 3-4 (not 34) of light beer a week
· Eggs, if cholesterol is not a big problem
· Chicken and turkey
· For meats, Turkey is low in sodium (perhaps a bit 'ham from time to time)
Now, for the no-no
· This is good (just kidding)
Food-Drive-up
▪ Some of donuts or pancakes (do not allow me to make me a technicality)
Anything fried ·
· Real Mayonnaise (some low-fat is OK)
· Fundamentally speaking, foods high in fat
· Desert Food
· Lots of cold cuts and cheeses
A good diet to control blood pressure is a bit 'fat. Blood pressure and cholesterol seem to go together, the scheme mentioned above is a good control of dietary cholesterol. I know it's shocking to read a diet at first, but you get used to. Soon you will actually enjoy. The best part is when you go to the doctor the next time and when blood pressure is done, you say: "There! Will bring sphygmomanometer, you!
