Vanessa Hudgens Lawsuit Goes Forward with Brian Schall

Vanessa Hudgens just doesn’t want to pay her former attorney’s legal bills 0f $150,000 … but is now closer to having to.
Superior Court Judge Tricia Ann Bigelow said Wednesday that a suit against the “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens for $150,000 in legal fees will go forward and will be decided by judge or jury.
Attorney Brian Schall filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit in September that said Hudgens agreed in October 2005 to pay him 5 percent of her earnings in exchange for his legal representation. Instead, he alleges Hudgens (pictured above in a $120 plus Ed Hardy hat) didn’t pay him after she earned $5 million.
Her attorney disagree, and argue that state law allows a contract with a minor to be voided before the person turns 18 or “within a reasonable time afterward.”
The next hearing in the case was scheduled for Jan. 15
