Bass Pro Shops offers the RedHead Men's Roark Waterproof Hiking Boots in Brown for $59.97 plus $10.50 for shipping. That's $40 off list and the lowest total price we could find. Sales tax is added where applicable. They come in sizes medium and wide widths, in sizes 8 to 13, although not all size/width combinations are available.  

Any footwear can be used with snowshoes; however, waterproof hiking boots are recommended. Custer will host another snowshoe hike on March 3, at 1 p.m. in the Sylvan Lake Area. Reservations for that hike can be made by calling 255-4464.
