Hilary Duff used to be obsessed with the idea of shredding weight even at the age of 15.
The 19-year-old revealed that media reports about her being fat made her follow a strict diet and exercise routine.

"It made me obsessed. I would beat myself up if I had some fat," Duff, said.

The actress cut down on her harsh weight control regime only when her sis Haylie intervened after she crashed from 130 pounds in 2003 to around 100 pounds in 2005.

Eating should be fun. I did Atkins for three days and I was in the worst mood and so tired. I'm from Texas, so I'm a big meat eater, but I was like oh, no more! I believe in proportion. If I eat bread when they bring bread to the table, I won't eat pasta or potatoes. Or I'll try to not have the bread because I know I want dessert. A little bit of this, a little bit of that.

She credits her weight loss to pilates. With everything! Seriously, my body changed in three weeks. I've always been really muscular; that's why pilates is good for me. I have broad shoulders and if I do weights or something I'll bulk up and feel manly, but pilates lengthens me out. Also you feel really powerful.

you should be like a nice as you as when you are singing,everybody wants to feel your love,smell you perfume,I really love you but it is not possible because you are already famous and so pretty than each other. I think that someday you mind talk about the important that is the inmigrants,the foreign people,it suppossed to be a freedom country like the constitution says

I think you looked better when you had some of the fat on you I liked your size when you made the metamorphosis album.I think you should of stayed like that.Im skinny and i dont like it.But i still like you and your music
