Hilary Duff received a parking ticket while visiting the Ken Paves Hair Salon on Thursday (Oct. 22). The 22-year-old actress fed the meter before entering the Beverly Hills salon, but stayed too long. The meter maid left a ticket on the windshield of the Gossip Girl’s SUV.
I don’t understand why all the papparazzi stood around waiting for Hilary to get out of the salon and no one dropped a couple of coins in the meter, but she seemed to take it in stride with a smile on her face... Read Full Story
