I would think after a Hong Kong native, who was on the lam for 15 years, gave himself up, the FIRST thing a judge would do is tell him to surrender his passport! But, I guess i’m not to smart. Every once in a while, as all mindful aesthetes know, it’s a good idea to swoop down from the social whirl and look a little more closely at your enablers. After all, we all crave attention, adoration, and convivial conversation. We know how much of a hassle it is for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that foreign leaders insist on talking to her in face-to-face meetings — as opposed to online, maybe, where she can carry on IM conversations with Germany, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, and Chelsea at the same time while also chillaxing in her sweats. So she must have really resented having to jet all the way up to the North Pole to meet with Santa yesterday. As State...
