TOOB Screen Dome – Feel The Curved Sensation
Want to play 3D games or high definition movies at the comfort of your home yet dislike to wear those 3d glasses? Here is a new solution for your visual entertainment from a California company.
The TOOB omni-directional digital screen is created resembling the shape of a quarter sphere, user could sit in front of the screen to enjoy the sensation of 3D videos as if those domed theater experiences, only this one could be placed at the comfort of your home.
The digital screen will reflect the projection of a projector from a home theater device, and allows the user to plug any videos or gaming device into it, such as a ps3, Wii, Xbox video games system, DVD player or simply to watch your National Geography channel. But no word about hdmi port compatibility, it would be exciting to feel the immersed sensation of high definition TV channels using the omni-directional digital screen.
But, despite the wonder of 3D feeling and dome theater experience, we guess this is digital screen as a limited viewer space, the quarter sphere shape will definitely limit the viewing space of the viewers.
