I have the EAM3200, which is the previous model version. The differences are slight but noticeable to the newer. This Espressomaker is unique because of a clever semiautomatic mechanism that doesn't require the usual, messy tampering and cleaning innate to traditional machines. I love it! Sure it's pricey but I bought it at BB&B; with a 20% coupon so the price was less. No filters, a weekly cleaning how easy is this? Plus the coffee grinds benefit your plants. You can use other coffee beans besides espresso. At the moment I am using up my ground coffee, but have used the grinder for beans. The instruction book looks hard but watch the DVD and if you still don't understand call support. They know their information.
