Spicerhaart’s recent research claims that only 10% of homebuyers read the Home Information Pack (HIP). In response to this, Paul Broadhead from the Association of Home Information Pack Providers (AHIPP) said it was too early to draw any definite conclusions about the way homebuyers use HIPs as the industry is only half way through the rollout. As anticipated the 1st day of marketing exception has been extended for HIP provision.
