The Association of Independent Personal Search Agents (IPSA) has today completed a partial survey of its members in relation to their combined burden of bad debt. John Healey, Housing Minister, last week released the latest numbers of accredited Domestic, and Non-Domestic, Energy Assessors up to and including 10th October 2009. The best bit, though, they are broken down by region - but can we take these numbers seriously?  

AHIPP gets with the YouTube generation by producing a video proclaiming the virtues of the Home Information Pack. Meanwhile, solicitor Simon Roberts has his own thoughts on HIPs too.
