 Kids learn better at home. If they need social skills those can be learned at church, or the library.                                        Schools have changed to places where learning takes place only by accident.  It is now clubs, sports, and a holding tank for keeping the most anti social kids off the streets.  In many schools a police officer is on duty in every school.  Bathrooms have to be guarded because of bad behavior there.  I have been to schools where only one boys and one girls bathroom are open to control drug sales in the school.
