How to be More Happy will explore the nature of happiness. It will examine what happiness is and how to understand our own happiness. An effort will be made to develop clear methods to increase happiness in our own lives.

Eat Less Fast Food Because…

I’m usually not one to advocate not eating food you enjoy. I believe that eating food that you enjoy brings happiness, and happiness brings health. So it is debatable as to how much bad food (like fast food) damages more your health than being unhappy because you are never eating food you enjoy.

So a solution to this is to believe hard enough that fast food will damage your health so much that you can’t enjoy eating it anymore. And at the same time, convincing yourself that the good food is doing so much great thing to your body that you’ll enjoy every minute of every good (for your health) meal.
