Hulk Hogan (born August 11, 1953), or Terry Gene Bollea, is an American icon and one of the most successful and recognizable professional wrestlers of all time. His fanbase, called "Hulkamaniacs," are still very much organized and sort of scary. He is also known for the reality show "Hogan Knows Best" and his family issues. Hulk Hogan is embroiled in a nasty divorce with his wife of quarter-century, Linda. She filed for divorce in November 2007, after Hulk's alleged mistress, Christine Plante, claimed she and Hulk had been having an affair. Two months later, Linda began dating one of her kids' classmates, then-19-year-old Charlie Hill.
Hulk didn't take the news too easily, it now comes out. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Hulk expresses murderous rage:
I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody's throat...You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife...I totally understand OJ. I get it.
Hear that? It's the sound of his statement backfiring.
