A little over a year ago, the City of Ottawa opened its first ‘senior’s park’, a park without the normal playground structures and one to meet the needs of an older population. Situated on a small incline, the park has a winding path circling a small pond and waterfall. The pond also acts to handle some storm-water overflow. There are several benches and many new trees.
