...a nice uplifting message. H ave you noticed how cities are using those light and telephone pole banners more and more today? They are pretty neat I guess. Usually, you can find them lining the main thoroughfare through a city or town. Cities use them in a variety of ways, but mostly they offer a nice uplifting message welcoming visitors and tourists to the area. God help me if that hook ever were to break off!" D oes anyone know why this is the case? I'm sure that there is a good reason, but I don't know what it is. Why do bathroom stall doors open inward? I mean you already have to navigate public restrooms like you're walking through a biohazard facility which is actively incubating the latest and greatest version of the avian bird flu virus. ...bigger is not always better A while ago, I was asked to run to the store to pick up a few items for an upcoming family dinner. More specifically, I was told that we needed a soup bone for use in a soup of all things. While shopping for the soup bone, it occurred to me that I had no idea what a soup bone was or how to pick one out. Was it pork, beef? I say bring it ...on non-windy days T here is a great injustice that is going un-checked in American society today. It is gender discrimination and it's time that someone shined a light on this horrible miscarriage of justice and inequality. I'm speaking of work dress codes. Specifically, no shorts for dudes. It's like, Nashville has country music, Dallas has all things cowboys, Los Angeles has showbiz, Chicago has taxes, and well here in Springfield, IL we have Lincoln. Lincoln, Lincoln, Lincoln.
