Hurricane Gustav to Hit Louisiana Coast at Category 2 or 3

With about 8 hours left until Gustav’s Eye moves into The Northern Gulf Coast the last chance for evacuations has passed.  The outer bands of Gustav are already impacting the Gulf Coast region and Tornadoes and hail to 0.5 inches and Winds in excess of 80mph are expected with the Strongest of storms.  Gustav will make landfall at either Category 2 or 3 strength.  Either are major hurricane Categories and flooding and storm surge will definetely be occuring at this time.
