ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas Rangers second baseman Ian Kinsler needed three stitches and had blood on his jersey after a vicious collision at home plate in Tuesday night’s game against Oakland. Texas Rangers fans have waited four weeks to read or hear these words: second baseman Ian Kinsler will begin his rehab assignment. MLB.com’s T.R.
